多謝您一直對 Lapo 的支持 , 為符合已修訂的 《個人資料(私隱)條例》 , 我們己對個人資料改集聲明作出修訂 , 我們謹此詳列有關收集和使用你個人資料的政策和你可作出的選擇 , 致力保障你的個人資料。

個人資料收集聲明更新通知

《2012個人資料(私隱)修訂條例》新增的第 VI A 部份於 2013年 4  月 1 日實施 , 上述條例新增的部份規定 , 本公司須取得資料當時人同意方可使用其個人資料作直接促銷活動。

本公司告知閣下本公司有意使用閣下的個人資料作直接促銷活動 , 包括但不限於本公司與其他公司聯合舉辦之優惠活動、療程及活動資訊、體驗優惠、獎項及其他服務推廣。除非本公司於 2013 年 12 月 31 日前收到閣下反對 , 否則本公司將會繼續使用閣下的個人資料作上述用途。

若閣下選擇不再收到本公司的宣傳資料 , 請連同您的姓名、電話號碼、手機號碼、電邸地址及通訊地址以書面形或郵寄「新界元朗安寧路 97 號富祥樓閣樓」。此項安排無須繳付任何費用 , 因處理程多須約 14 天時間 , 可能導玫客戶在期間仍會收到本公司發出的宣傳資料 , 敬請見諒。

Thank you for your continuous support to La Po.  In order to comply with revised Personal Data (privacy Ordinance, we have recently updated the Personal Information Collection Statement.  La Po is committed to protecting your personal data, we provide our Personal Information Collection Statement outlining our practices and the choices you have, concerning how your personal data are being collected and used by us.

Update on Personal Inforamtion Collection Statement

The new Part VI A under the Personal Data (Privacy) (Amendment) Ordinance 2012 will take effect on 1st April 2013.  Under the new regulatory, we are required to procure the consent of data subject for direct marketing activities.

We hereby inform you that we intend to use your personal data for our direct marketing activities, including but not limited to the offer promotions, treatment and product information, trial offers, awards and other services organized by us or joint promotion partners, Unless we receive your objection thereto before 31th  December 2013, we will continuse to user your personal data.

If you choose not to receive promotional materials from us, please provide us your name, phone number, mobile number, email address and postal address in written form and mail to " M/F,Fu Cheung Hse.,No.97 On Ling Road,  Yuen Long, New Territories".  No fee will be charged for this arrangement.  Due to the lead time of working process, you may still receive our promotional materials for the next 14 days.  Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
